Join AHEC for the third screening in our fourteenth annual Holocaust in Film Series. We will screen "Reunion" by Jerry Schatzberg. Following the theme of "After the Holocaust," this film depicts a Holocaust survivor's journey to reconnect with his boyhood friend from Germany. As he travels to find his friend, the film explores the rise of Nazism and the destruction of personal relationships by historical forces. Michele Forman, an award-winning documentary filmmaker and professor of media studies at UAB, will lead a post-screening discussion.
