The Birmingham Jewish Federation as a part of "Our Next 100 Years" began a program called You Belong In Birmingham

This was established to encourage young Jewish adults ages 22 to 35 to make Birmingham their home.

The program has three different purposes. The first is to encourage Jewish Adults who moved away from Birmingham to move back, second to recruit Jewish adults which have no family connection to move to Birmingham and third is to connect the young Jewish Adults which live in Birmingham.

Birmingham has a vibrant Jewish community.

You Belong in Birmingham for College Students

As part of year two "You Belong In Birmingham" also will be focusing on college students from Birmingham, staying in touch with them on behalf of our Jewish community, and being available to provide information and assistance as they think about their future and careers. We want to keep Birmingham on their screens - figuratively and literally!
